Product Details

Made from Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes from Beechworth; and Aglianico grapes from our Alpine Valleys vineyard. The fruit was destemmed and crushed, then pressed. Settled juice was transferred to puncheon where fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts. This wine is made in our traditional style - crisp and fresh. Lifted red and dark cherry fruits on the nose. perfect for summer drinking.
