Orders
To ensure successful fulfilment and delivery of orders,
Fighting Gully Road requires a valid email address at the time of purchase.
If a customer does not provide an email address when placing an order, Fighting Gully Road reserves the right to allocate a default internal email address (info@fightinggullyrd.com.au) for the purpose of processing shipment and enabling delivery notifications with third-party carriers.
By placing an order without supplying a valid email address, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that:
- Delivery updates, tracking information, and carrier communications may not be accessible to them;
- Certain delivery services may be limited or unavailable without a valid email address;
- Fighting Gully Road is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, missed communications, or additional charges incurred as a result of an email address not being provided.
Fighting Gully Road accepts no liability for any loss, inconvenience, or delivery issue arising from the purchaser’s failure to supply a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase.
Deliveries
Should your delivery of Fighting Gully wines be damaged in anyway (ie. broken bottles, incorrectly packed or faulty) please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly.
This may include having the delivery picked up and returned to Fighting Gully and a replacement order sent or a total refund of any amount paid.

Liquor Licence
Licence 36119726. WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $7,000). For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $600).
