Sourced from the cool, elevated slopes of the Smith Vineyard, planted in 1978, this wine was fermented and matured for 18 months in new and used French oak. The wine went through partial mlf. This wine is all about precision, tension, and layered complexity. There's the hallmark citrus and white stone fruit, beautifully integrated oak, and that signature mineral drive we love from this site.

This wine, 2024 Smith Vineyard Chardonnay, has recently been awarded the Beechworth Regional Trophy at the 2026 James Halliday Australian Chardonnay & Cabernet Challenge.
