Product Details
Made from our Sangiovese, and our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (plus a small portion of other varieties) from our Beechworth and Alpine valleys vineyards. They were destemmed and crushed, then pressed. This wine is made in our traditional style - crisp and fresh. Lifted red and dark cherry fruits on the nose. perfect for summer drinking.
Wine review
Excellent rosé, considerably weightier than the earlier picked norm. Intensity, apposite concentration and immense flavor as a result, with no shortage of freshness. Fecund strawberry and forest fruits, muddled with rose water and a lick of cream. A saline, talcy finish that feels palpably dry, despite the trajectory of fruit. Drink now. Screw cap - 92 points."
